Horrible customer service. Not even a reply. The quality of the items were poor,definitely nothing like the product they were pretending to be. The sizing is outlandishly false. It was advertised as a 3xl but was barely a 2XL, they hide behind a lengthy wordy and vague description page. If you don’t read through all the hoopla and measure yourself before purchasing be prepared to pay more in shipping than the actual product for a refund. This is a picture of the message I get when trying to start the return and refund process, mind you it’s from DHgate themselves. There is NO buyer protection on this site/app. BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING!!’nn
